IV. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

Extensive background in both public and private law, having worked in the federal system for several years as a military attorney, having been an attorney for two different counties, having represented a number of different cities over the years and having managed a private practice of law at the same time.

Fitzpatrick Law Offices is a private law practice maintaining offices in Anderson and Redding and consisting of one attorney, a legal assistant over 20 years experience, an experienced probate secretary, a bookkeeper/receptionist, and a file clerk.

This law firm represents clients in many types of administrative proceedings and in both the State and Federal Courts at both the trial and appellate levels. We represent numerous individuals and families as well as small businesses. We work in several different areas of law including real estate, probate, personal injury, family law, conservatorships, guardianships, living trusts, wills, estate planning and other areas.
