1.  Michael C. Fitzpatrick is a sole practitioner who graduated from one of the top law schools in the country and has years of experience in public and private law.  A significant amount of the practice is devoted to representing cities and districts but at the same time the office represents numerous individuals, families and businesses with legal problems of many kinds.

2.  Barbara J. Wellock is an experienced legal assistant and notary and has worked for the firm for over 25 years.  She is the Office Manager and works primarily in Family Law matters encouraging persons with marital problems to seek counseling and attempt to save their marriages, assisting with the process if dissolution or legal separation occurs, and helping with custody, visitation, child and spousal support issues.

3.  Judith Fisch is a legal assistant with over 30 years of bookkeeping experience and has worked for the firm for over 5 years.  She manages accounts receivables, accounts payables and assists with the probate process.
